Nick Malliris Owner/Co-President, Media Partners Inc.

Nick’s 30+ years in marketing communications include extensive experience developing media strategies for a variety of national/regional campaigns from such diverse products as Oregon Chai, The Old Spaghetti Factory, U.S. Bank and the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development to working on international campaigns for cruise lines and gaming entities.  From automotive to hospitality, Nick has experience in nearly every marketing category imaginable and is able to apply that experience to helping Media Partner’s clients achieve their marketing goals.

His strategic marketing acumen was developed on both the internal-corporate and agency-consulting sides of the business. His ability to drive results led him to be named one of the youngest-ever dual-role Marketing and Public Relations Directors of Portland General Corporation. Moving over to the agency side of the business, he was recruited to be Senior Vice President and General Manager of Northwest Operations for Initiative Media North America-one of the world’s largest media management companies.

Carol Calvert Owner/Co-President, Media Partners Inc.

As one of the Northwest’s most senior media professionals Carol brings 30+ years of regional and national media buying experience to Media Partners, Inc., clients. Her extensive experience on the national and regional stage includes planning, supervising and buying for national and local accounts such as Albertsons, Oregon Chai, Old Spaghetti Factory, Chevrolet, KIA, Carl’s Jr., Sam Adams/Boston Beer, Alaska Travel Industry Association, ARCO AM/PM, Circle K, Home Depot, Cruise West Small Ship Cruises, Walt Disney Company for Disneyland and Disneyworld, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association, The Oregonian Newspaper, U.S. Bank, Northwest Natural Gas and Idaho Power.

Her firm, but fair-minded negotiating skills have earned her the admiration of her clients and the respect of media professionals in both large and small markets throughout the industry. Carol’s extensive resume boasts a broad and diverse body of work for large and small clients in nearly every marketing category across the national landscape.

As Co-owner/Co-President of Media Partners, Inc., Carol’s experience with large U.S.-based accounts and inside knowledge of the radio, television and print industries make her a valuable contributor on broader-based strategic marketing assignments.
